Ingredients ( for 2 people )
- 1 pack of Sipo cream-colored champignon
- 6 Argentinian shrimps
- 1 leaf of cabbage
- 1 large tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Rinse the mushrooms well under running water. Dry them completely by using a cloth or a paper towel. Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil: cut the mushrooms into wedges and put them in the pan, stir occasionally .
Meanwhile cook the whole shrimp in a hot pan for about 20 minutes.
Once the mushrooms are cooked, prepare the mayonnaise: with the a hand blender, blend the spoonful of mayonnaise with 4/5 mushrooms taken from the pan and a tablespoon of water. Blend until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve the mushroom-shrimp side dish and the sauce on the side.
