MUSHROOMS AND CANTABRIAN ANCHOVIES SALAD

Ingredients ( for 2 people )

  • 70 g of Cantabrian anchovies
  • 2 packages of Sipo Mushroom Salad
  • 1 tablespoon of whole oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds: poppy, linseeds, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin.
  • 4 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • An handful of Taralli

 

Preparation:

Pour the mushroom salad in a bowl and season with oil, salt, seeds and whole oatmeal; mix it delicately with a soon and crumble some taralli inside.
Serve with the Cantabric anchovies.
