Ingredients ( for 2 people )
- 70 g of Cantabrian anchovies
- 2 packages of Sipo Mushroom Salad
- 1 tablespoon of whole oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds: poppy, linseeds, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin.
- 4 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- An handful of Taralli
Pour the mushroom salad in a bowl and season with oil, salt, seeds and whole oatmeal; mix it delicately with a soon and crumble some taralli inside.
Serve with the Cantabric anchovies.
