PROSCIUTTO AND MUSHROOM POLENTA CROSTINI

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500 g of ready polenta
  • 3 slices of prosciutto
  • 100 g of stracchino cheese or other spreadable cheese
  • half a pack of Pleurotus Mushrooms

 

Create polenta circles with a food ring mould and cut them into circles having a thickness of about half a cm. On a grill, cook the mushrooms for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Place the mushrooms aside. Place the polenta circles in another pan to grill on both sides. When they are cooked, add the cheese to make it melt slightly with the heat of the pan, then prosciutto and mushrooms. Serve warm and if you want add swiss chard, parsley or vegetables.
