Ingredients for 4 people: 
• 1 package of whole champignon mushrooms
• 400 g of chicken breast
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 package of Sipo aromatic mix
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and Pepper to taste.
• lemon juice (half a lemon)
• dried oregano

Prepare the chicken for marinating: cut into 2-cm-long cubes, place in a bowl and add the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Wash the peppers thoroughly, remove the core and seeds, then dice.Heat a pan over a moderate flame.Prepare the skewers by adding mushrooms, peppers and chicken cubes. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for about 20 minutes turning them over occasionally so they cook on all sides, cover with the mix of aromas.
