Ingredients for 4 people:
1 garlic clove
50 gr whole grain breadcrumbs
Fresh marjoram (as needed)
Fresh basil (as needed)
50 gr almond flour
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
Whole salt (as needed)
Clean the artichokes removing as much as possible the tougher leaves and leaving a stem of about 3 cm. Cut off the tips and then in half, remove the internal beard and put in acidulated water with lemon juice.
Sauté the garlic clove with its peel with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the artichokes, a pinch of salt and cook for about 20 minutes adding a bit of hot water. Blend the breadcrumbs with smoked paprika, almond flour, marjoram and basil. Sprinkle the artichokes with olive oil, fill them with the stuffing and sauté them until golden brown.
