Ingredients ( for 2 people )

  • 300 g tuna steak
  • 1 package of SIPO mushrooms to be baked
  • sesame
  • a tablespoon of extra virgin olive

Preparation:

Cut the tuna into slices and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, brush it with a little oil and add a little sesame. Cut the mushrooms into wedges and add them in the pan with the tomatoes and rosemary. Cook in a convection oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
